Hardwood Flooring Service
Chose the wrong color to cover pet stains and floors looked terrible. Failed to show up at job several times and didn't call. Broke in through the window once when they couldn't find manager with keys. Sloppy re-do job when they changed stain color that didn't cover all areas completely. Charged me extra for their own mistakes and when I disputed them the owner told me I will not lose. Very badly treated by this owner but all other customer service is pleasant. I have used them before and they've been good when there are no decisions to make but with any complications they are hard to deal with.
