He was very protective of my outside furniture. He came January 1st, on a holiday. My ceiling was leaking and he was almost apologetic about having to charge me extra for the holiday. I was just happy he could come. The second time he came it was an planter that had a blocked water pipe in it. He was successful in quickly finding where the blockage was. He ran a power hose through it and cleared the blockage. Again it was very good work. I feel comfortable about recommending him because he is professional and honest. He even called me a couple of times to make sure my ceiling wasn't leaking.
