THEY ARE ALWAYS CHEERFUL, AND THEY ALWAYS COME WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL. AT LEAST THIS MAN DOES IT FROM HIS PARTICULAR OFFICE. WHEN WE HAD TO GET RID OF RATS, THEY WERE GONE. I DON'T KNOW WHAT BUGS WE WOULD HAVE IF THEY DIDN'T COME, SO I GUESS THEY ARE DOING JUST FINE.
