THEY CAME LATE, THEY REALLY DIDN'T HAVE ALL THE PROPER TOOLS, AND MY HUSBAND HAD TO HELP THEM OUT. THEY REALLY DIDN'T KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. IT WAS TWO YOUNG GUYS THAT REALLY DIDN'T CARE. THEY WERE PROBABLY GETTING PAID HOURLY AND JUST DIDN'T CARE. THEY WEREN'T EVEN IN UNIFORM.
