Job was done very professionally and on time. I paid with a personal check as they were loading the truck. The check, however was not properly processed. by TruTeam until the 22nd. About a week later, I got a phone message from the salesman asking when he could come and pick up the payment; I emailed back that his employee had the check. In the meantime TruTeam had a 20.day notice of lien sent by certified mail. I had to waste an afternoon going to the post office to pick this up; my temper and blood pressure flared  up because of this. I'm 70, and have never had a lien placed on my property, never had a debt placed in collection and have a top 5% credit rating. Receiving a notice of intent to place a lien without any notice is an  astoundingly bad business practice. I would never consider this vedor again, and recommend anyone emplying them to pay with a credit card where you can immeditately confirm the receipt of funds.
