The first technicians that came out did not complete the job to my satisfaction. I contacted Tommy directly and he was out first thing in the morning to do the job himself. He was extremely apologetic and rectified the situation.

Very well. The call was scheduled within 20 minutes of placing the order with the Home Warranty Company and as arranged he was at the house within the hour. The work went exceptionally fast and the workman was exceptionally neat in his work.
