It went beautifully.  They were on time for the interview and for all the work they did.  They were extremely conscientious and explained what they were doing at each step.  They also made some corrections around the roof that were not in the bid at no extra charge.

The guys showed up on time, went right to work and finished the job within a couple of hours.  They were courteous and made sure I was happy with the job before they left.

Mr. Sotelo was extremely responsive.  He arrived the day we called and I accompanied him onto the roof and he explained the problems he saw including that it needed leveling in places and that there were areas around the air-conditioning unit that were allowing water to gather and sit as it was in the shade.  He also did some work on the railing we have around the roof at no extra charge.  He and his son and other employees were all polite and hard working.  Mr. Sotelo came on a Sunday and worked several hours on prep work so that the job could begin as scheduled on Monday.  He completed the work on schedule and we are very pleased with the work.  Based on having a similar job done on a smaller house in the past we had what we thought was a very good estimate of the cost.  He did it for much less money than we had anticipated.  We are very satisfied.

Javier returned my initial call in a matter of hours and set up a time to visit my home and bid the job.  They showed up on time for the bid and explained the process to me.  I gave Javier the job and he set a day and time to do the work.  They showed up early on the scheduled day and completed my job in a superior manner.  I will use them again for my roofing needs.

I had been trying to find somebody to fix the roof. Either people did not want to fix flat roofs because it is hard to do or they did not want to come down to this area. I called a number of service providers who did not return my phone calls. I ended up using Sotelo Roofing. They did a great job. I was very pleased with their price as it was above fair. My interaction with them was great. They told me as to what was wrong and they did all the work. They took pictures of it so that we could see as to what it was up there because neither my husband nor I were at home when they did the work. I thought that they were very professional. They did what they said that they would do. It rained a couple of times since then and the roof has not leaked. I was pleased with them. The last time I had something done to the roof it cost me $500 and hence, I don't have anything to compare their price to. I was very happy with the price.
