01We called on Sunday because we experienced a brake issue on Saturday. Called him because he advertised 24 hour service and was suggested by the campground. Called and he said he would call back later that day.  He did not call.  Could be because it was Easter Sunday.  He still should have called to update us on his availability.  We called early Monday and said he would be there in 1/2 hour.  We called after 2 hours and he was on his way.  He did check to be sure there was no leaks and took the rv for a strenuous test run. No problem showed up. He was relaxed and easy going.  But not the quick service the advertisement indicates. But he was honest and did not feel we had any real problem.  He could have said that needed this and that but he did not. So I would definitely use again, but with the caveat that he will get there when he gets there.  But he does now his stuff.
