Experience was amazing from start to finish! I don't think anyone in Coachella can beat his prices & services. Extremely affordable service compared to the other companies I received quotes from. He's funny, he's quick, and he knows how to get the job done well. I think we found our neighborhood plumber.

Excellent!

It went horrible. During the installation of the range hood, the workers cut through 2 electrical lines shorting out the lights in the kitchen. It was getting late, so they said they would be back to repair the lines. They came back, couldn't figure it out, tried making repairs, etc. There were numerous no shows, or late shows. One guy came back 1 week later, walked in the door and said, "I had no idea that this was what I would be fixing." He was unprepared to complete the job. He "promised" that he would be back the next morning, "First thing in the morning," and he never showed. We got the standard response, "We will be there first thing in the morning." And they would NEVER show up. This went on for 2 weeks. We ended up hiring a qualified electrician to complete the job. The owner of this business needs to know that when he screws up he is obligated to FIX his mistake. AND we should be the priority. We shouldn't be put on the back burner. We shouldn't have to wait, and wait and be squeezed in between other jobs. We should be his number 1 priority until the job is finished. We did absolutely nothing wrong, and yet we definitely paid the price. Horrible business practice.

Scott sent his son whose name I can't remember but was excellent.  He installed a microwave and range - whose gas line had to be converted.  He was on time, personable, and did the job efficiently.  Not much else I can say when everything's done right. Will definitely use again.
