This company did not source the products we requested or the cost of these products. When they found out what they cost they removed the product and replaced with a very cheap, fire hazardous, 1/4 th of the poundage stated in the contract. All this was done without our approval or HOA approval. Then they sued us when we paid everything but the cost of the promised product. He lied continually in Small claims court. Do Not Use this company!!! The rest of the project was 2 star. I requested all purple colored plants. He put in red, yellow and pink. The water system did not work and almost killed everything. This was a result of a faulty system supplied by IID. But they should have noted this and told us. No dividers were put between the different color rocks, so they constantly cross into one another. The overall cover has no elevation so all the area is the same level.

This had nothing to do with lawn. I have a desert landscape and Sanchos did an excellent, efficient job off adding additional plants and bubblers in both the front and the backyards.

The crew worked very efficiently and actually stayed late to complete the job ahead of schedule. The plant quality and selection is excellent. The irrigation was rerouted to provide water to the new plantings. Lighting was added and further enhanced the look of the yard and gardens.

Sancho's landscaping was efficient and organized. They were able to get the new lighting in in one day. The guys who did the work were friendly and answered all my questions thoroughly. Paul checked on the worked appropriately and communicated effectively. The price was reasonable. I am happy to recommend the company and will use them again.

You were not responsive in returning calls and did not show up on appointed day, Saturday at 2 PM. I was not called to say you would not be there. Crew showed up on Monday AM without notifying me they were coming, however, crew and foreman were very good and answered all my questions. Paul could have done better relating to me.
