Rudy's came and did a thorough inspection. The house was occupied and a good portion could not be inspected due to a lot of the residents personal belonging blocking two walls in the garage. They made arrangements to return when the area was cleared and completed the inspection. Top notch service and very punctual. Primary inspection was $95 and re-inspection trip charge was $65

We usually deal with them by phone as we live in a different area. They do monthly maintenance for outdoor insects. They are very good about bringing up any issues that may need additional service. They show up as scheduled, get the work done in a timely manner and are very courteous with their work. I highly recommend them.

Trying to get a hold of someone was very difficult. I called several times before someone called me back. Finally a tech called back and made an appt. for july 2. I had told them that I wanted to spray for all bugs around the outside of my home. I also told them that I had noticed a large amount of ants around the house and they had come into my living room. It took about 20-30 minutes to spray around the outside and knock down some cobwebs. I called back on July 3rd and told them there was still an abundance of ants around my home, but I would call back in a couple of days to give the spray some time to work. I called back on monday and again had a heck of a time trying to get someone to talk to me. Left messages and finally got a hold of the tech on wed and he said he would call on friday. When he didn't call by the morning we were put through to him and he came an hour later. He put granules around the house. Most of the ants are gone now. My biggest problem is trying to get someone to call me back. They charge 125 for initial fee and 34.99 a month. I have used western exterminators in the past and had excellent results with them. I saw no bugs with western once I started with them and even after I stopped using them had no problem with pests for years after using them. I tried this service because of the good ratings but I'm referring my daughter to western.

He did an excellent job and returns monthly for a fee of $20.00 per month to spray the outside of my property and also the garage.. The bugs are gone! He did an excellent job! Yes, I will continue to have him on a monthly basis!!

The technician came out and determined we did not have an infestation but with monthly service they could eliminate the spiders, crickets and ants that were plaqueing us, in addition to getting rid of the roaches. Two days later the exterminator came to spray inside and outside the house. He answered all my questions - mostly related to the health of my pet - and he sprayed inside the entire house. Even though it was very hot and humid, he sprayed outside, removed all the cobwebs, hornets nests and anthills around our house. It's been a month and just now the crickets and spiders are returning.
We signed up for a flexible plan at $30.00 a month and the technician will come if we have any bug problems as many times as we need. If we don't have a problem (especially with winter coming when bugs sleep) they don't have to come.
At the time of service I was unable to pay so they sent a bill to make things easier on us. We were grateful for their willingness to help us.
Can't wait for the next month of service. Without the crickets, it's been so quiet!

When we called Rudy's the inspector came out the next day to take a look. The job was completed approximately 3 days after it was inspected. They drilled holes about a foot apart and about a foot from the house outside along the exterior walls and drilled holes in the slab in the garage. It took almost all day to complete. They warranty their work.

First I had Truly Nolan out they didn't know what kind of termites they were so took a sample to their lab. After several days they called back and said they were dry-rot termites and would have to tent the house for $4,200 plus any roof and plant damage. Decided to get a second opinion, sure glad I did! They also couldn't identify some droppings I had outside the house on the concrete. Rudy's immediately identified it as bat droppings. Come to find out the Palm trees next door had bats.

I have them every month. I’ve had them here from nine years. They don’t require a contract. They are very reasonable. I haven’t seen a bug since I have had them. If I have problem they come back and take care of it at no cost. They will come back as many times as we need for the same cost. They are excellent.

I really like them. They are really good. I've had a contract for the last couple of years. My experience is very positive. The office staff is very responsive. They have someone here within 48 hours of my call. They are very clean and they clean up. I trust them implicitly. I will absolutely continue to use them.
