As with any company some of the people they send out are better than others but if there are any problems they handle them quickly. The two guys they sent to install the first two of three split units were just fabulous. I have used Paloma several times and find them reliable, professional and dependable. The prices are fair and the work well done.

BUT WHAT THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY NEEDED TO DO. I WAS VERY SURPRISE CAUSE I NEVER THOUGHT THAT WAS THE PROBLEM. BUT I NOTICE THAT WAS KIND OF A PROBLEM. SO I KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THESE PEOPLE WERE VERY NICE AND THEY GOT THE WORK DONE IN NO TIME.
