+ -1 moreHe recommended a part and explained the pros and that it was not essential. There was no pressure at all. In fact, he explained it to a friend over the phone. He measured for the filters and came back with them promptly at the time that was convenient for me. I asked for an annual contract and he wrote it on my invoice so there will be no discussion in the fall.
Description of Work: The company provided semi-annual maintenance for very hot months when the ac will be used constantly for about 4 months. They also changed the filters.
