"Hello [Member Name Removed] , We reviewed your call from the weekend you called on Saturday . You asked for a price on replacing your furnace over the phone. It is virtually impossible for us to know the model or size you need with out looking at it. That was the same responds I gave you and you muttered some bad comments and hung up on me. We find it very insulting to call demanding pricing for a system with not wanting us to go out there and give you a price and give us a F rating because we were not able to quote you a price on something we have no idea on what you need ."

He recommended a part and explained the pros and that it was not essential.  There was no pressure at all. In fact, he explained it to a friend over the phone.  He measured for the filters and came back with them promptly at the time that was convenient for me.  I asked for an annual contract and he wrote it on my invoice so there will be no discussion in the fall.
