I'M ALWAYS SATISFIED WHEN I USE THIS COMPANY. IF THE SERVICE IS SMALL, I CAN USUALLY GET MY VACUUM WITHIN HOURS. IF A PART NEEDS TO BE REPLACED AND ORDERED, THEN IT USUALLY TWO DAYS. OVERALL, THEY'RE RELIABLE.
