Fair- no inspection by Joe. One tile left without grout and spacer left in place . Joe answered twice his tile guy would return, he hasn't and Joe is no longer returning request. Joe needs to have a better hands on approach , can't rely on subcontractors to always do the best job, trash was left behind.

WE GO IN TO HAVE THE WATER CHECKS, AND THEY TEST IT FOR US. SOMETIMES IT WAS TOO MUCH FOAM. WE ARE NUTS ABOUT THE SPA, SO WE DO WHAT THEY TELL US TO DO, AND IT WORKS.

WE USED MCCALLUM POOLS FOR OUR POOL CONSTRUCTION BECAUSE THEY HAD THE LOWEST BID FOR OUR POOL. HE COMPLETED JOB W/IN A TIMELY MANNER (6 WEEKS). WE HAVE HAD NOT PROBLEMS WITH THE POOL AND EQUIPMENT. HOWEVER, HIS WORKERS DAMAGED THE SIDE OF MY HOME WITH THE BOBCAT AND HE STILL HAS NOT FIXED THE HOUSE PER MY SATISFACTION. THE OWNER, JOE IS REALLY A NICE GUY, BUT GENERALLY LATE OR A NO SHOW TO APPOINTMENTS.
