Jorge upon inspection saw that the pilot light was out, cleaned out the area and re-lit the water heater. He could have said we needed a new water heater, but he just took care of the immediate problem. He told us because the water heater was old we would probably need a new one in the future. We told him when the time comes he is our plumber. He waived the bill because the job was so little. He is our forever plumber!

I really liked this guy. He was able to come right away. He encountered a few problems but was extremely experienced and knowledgeable and was able to correct them and remain in the price he quoted -- which was very reasonable. When it comes to plumbing you want confidence in the work performed. Highly recommend JB Plumbing.
