+ -1 moreThere are two phone numbers for this company. I called one phone number and left a message. My call was not returned. A week or so later I called the other number and spoke to a person. I explained what I wanted and he took down my contact information. He told me that a field supervisor would be contacting me to set up a time to look at the job. I was never contacted. After having contacted this company twice I did not try to pursue them any further. I surmised that if they are not able to follow through to contact me to check out the job, that their performance if they got the job would not be any better.
Description of Work: I called JB Finish to get a price on repair or replacement of an exterior (wood) door to my front courtyard.
