We upgraded our garden lighting to a low voltage system. Hegge Electric were very efficient and sent Caesar to do the work. He was wonderful, did a great job and for a fair price. I strongly recommend Hegge Electric.

What should have been a two day job they got it done in one. Extremely professional, straight to the point, friendly and very knowledgeable. Took time to answer any questions if I had them. I have already recommended them to some friends. If you have a choice I suggest you ask for Francisco. He is the man. Oh end of the three contractors I had make an estimate they were the best priced and on time versus the other two. Can’t go wrong with these guys.

Outdoor Lighting Repair
I initially called Hegge Electrical to take a look at my backyard lights. I paid premier dollar - $125.00 per hour for the visit. They looked at my problem and suggested a slight repair to save me money. However, the lights that were the problem still did not work the next day. I called them again and they came in to "fix" the problem this time. They made some adjustments and charged me another $125.00 . That evening I turned on the lights and found that the backyard lights were flickering all over the backyard - this happened to all 7 lights in the backyard. I called them to come in and take a look again and they wanted to charge me another $125. I explained that the initial problem still existed . They lowered the the price to $69.00 for the visit and gave me a quote for the work that had to be done - $300. I asked if the the $250 already paid would be part of the quote and they stated - no. I am rally disappointed to have paid $250 for nothing. My lights still do not work. I hope that no one else has to go through this again - ever. Hegge Electrical is not very forthcoming in their dealings.

"Hi Cecilia, I am very sorry that you were not satisfied with our services, but feel that there is misinformation in your review and or maybe confusion/miscommunication that I would like to clarify. $125.00 is our minimum charge that includes 1 hr. of labor. Victor advised you that you needed new transformers to solve your yard lighting problem, but you chose not to do this because you were selling the house and didn't want to invest the money. When he left, the lights were working. He came back a second time and you were charged another $125.00 for work that was not requested of him the first visit. He also advised you in regard to what type of lamp your tree light required so you could purchase them yourself. Finally, he was there a third time at no charge because the yard lights still were not working. This time he met with your husband and submitted a free estimate for $301.64 to do what needed to be done originally to solve the problem. I do not understand what you are referring to in your review that we wanted to charge another $125.00 but lowered the price to $69.00? Fransisco and his assistant, Jesse, did a fabulous job. Project came in under estimate and everything we requested was done in less than a day. After hiring other electricians who were unable to complete our outdoor lighting issues in our 40 year old house these men came ready to work and determined to fix our issues. We are so pleased!!

The 2 pros were excellent! The company set up an exact appointment time, not a 2 or 4 hr window & gave me a reminder call. They worked very quickly & efficiently which saves cost. Their fees were very competitive & lower than some estimates I had. I would definitely recommend them.
