THEY WERE NEVER ON TIME, DIDN'T RETURN PHONE CALLS, MISSED DATES WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO COME IN, THEY DIDN'T DO VERY GOOD WORK, THEY SEEMED LIKE THEY DIDN'T WANT TO DO IT.
