Desert Pool Service

Desert Pool Service never came back to our home once we left for the summer.  We paid for weekly service for the month of July and they came only once while we were there to service the pool.  I guess they felt that when we were not there they could frget their contractual obligations.  Our neighbor reported that our pool had turned to a swap.  We phone Desert Pool Service from Canada to advise and they said they would get right on it.  They kept claiming that they were working on it and that they would have it restored to safe and healthy levels before we returned later in August.  The pool was likely never attended again by Desert Pool Service.   Dead frogs were in now in our pool. The filters were completly clogged....so bad that the pump had starved and burned out.  We had to pay another company to replace pump, drain pool acid wash and refill. 

We also paid Desert Pool Service to fix a light in our pool while we were down there.  We wanted the light working in order to take pictures of the pool at night for our rental brochure. Desert Pool Service pulled the old light and left it there and did not come back to replace the light while were there ( 1 week).  They claimed to replace it after we returned to Canada.  The light sitll does not work.  There is a good chance they simply put the old one back in.

We contacted Desert Pool Service on many occassions to try and reslove directly.  They told us they would meet us on numerous occassions to discuss a refund but never showed up.  I have many texts and emails from Desert Pool Service suggesting that they would email a refund but it never comes on the day they promise to have even some of it paid back
