"Hi [Member Name Removed], Im sorry you had a change of price. Whenever more work is asked of us than the original estimate, we will always invoice separately for those services. We are not a company to charge "hidden fees", we simply do the things that are asked and if more work is required than originally discussed, we will bill for those added services. The more information you can give us before we move you, the more straight forward the process can be and most likely the price will be the same."

First thing was that when I was ready to take it out of storage, they wanted me to pay an additional $2000. That got resolved to some degree but it was like being held for ransom and it took over a week to get any resolution. They, and me, agreed on a price up front for the entire move, store and install. Then they moved me in on the first of March. There were a few minor things that were broken which seemed not a big deal. What was a big deal was they had to come back the next day because they put the top on wrong to an antique bed. They also broke a caster to something. The guys went to Home Depot and got the matching casters to fix the furniture item.
I had an antique asian chinoiserie planter, one-of-a-kind antique, and one of the guys took this to get it repaired after mentioning a name of a guy he knew, who repaired piano finishes and this type of thing and that he did this all the time. I have yet to see it again, it has never been returned. I had his card and I called him directly to ask about it, leaving numerous messages. Another chinoiserie chinese antique inlaid mother of pearl box was also missing. I found out that this person had been fired.
I talked to Robert,who said he was the owner, and at first he took my call and said that he would take care of the problem. I have not heard back from him for months now. I have emailed him numerous times with photos, have left numerous messages for him, spoken to his staff(they always say he is at a meeting) and have had no response about this issue. This situation is upsetting and disappointing. I have spoken with a friend of mine who had a very similar experience with this company where they came up with additional charges in order to get her furnishings out of storage although they had agreed on a dollar amount including moving, storage, move out of storage and complete move.
All unacceptable. I have photos for the items that I emailed to Robert. They were valuable, antique items, and I want them back or be compensated for them since I took out insurance in addition to their standard. I would prefer to have them returned to me.

They did a fine job. They came and packed up a house full of furniture and took it to their storage facility. It took them half a day to do this and about 10 members were there. They were very efficient. They have storage containers and that is what they used. The units are climate controlled. To access the crate, I have to call them ahead of time and they bring them down and open them up for you.

It was a fantastic service that they provided. They were very throughout, polite and they had a good bid price too for the move. The guys who did the work were very pro-active. It went very smoothly. They did the entire packing, loading and unloading for us. They went from Palm Springs and moved to two different locations in LA. This was all done in one day. I wished Angie's List would let me give them an A+.

The move went fine. The movers were very nice. They could have used a third person. The price was great. I had another estimate that was twice as much.
