They were very responsive and able to fix the problem quickly. I also thought they were professional and would use them again in the future.

The Technician that came out was suppose to call 30 minutes prior to arrival. He did not. When he did arrive he spoke so little english that I had to wonder if he even understood the problem. he ran a snake for 5 minutes. When this did not clear the stoppage he insisted I needed to have my piples hydro-jetted at 3 times the cost. He made no attempts to run the snake from other locations, run a longer snake or run a different type of head on the snake. i called a different company instead of doing the hydro jetting and they cleared the stoppage with no problems.
