I was a little disappointed because he raised the price and didn't tell us. I recommend him to a friend, and he was very unresponsive with them. I was disappointed. I would use them again.

A friend from church, that had used them, highly recommended them to me. They came out promptly the next day after I called. They were very timely and very good. They were very competitive on price.

Although you did have Cavanaugh on Angie's List, I asked a friend who had used this company for over fifteen years and was very satisfied.  Cavanaugh called and setup an appointment for May 10th for 8:30am.  The service person (Juan) called about 8:15 am and said that he would arrive in 15 to 20 minutes.  He arrived at 8:45 am and performed a very thorough inspection of both air conditioning units and changed the filters.  He washed down both condensers and then went up into the attic on both sides of the house to inspect the ducting to see if there were any separations or crushed ducts.  He was very professional and worked for about one and one-half hours.  I have had work performed by several a/c companies and Cavanaugh is by far the best.

THE SERVICE WAS GREAT. They MADE ME FEEL VERY SAFE SINCE WHILE THEY WERE CHECKING MY HOUSE THEY explainer TO ME WHAT WAS going on. THEY PUT IN A NEW AIR conditioner.

THIS COMPANY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD. THEY KNEW HOW MUCH WE NEED THIS A/C THAT THEY INSTALLED IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND GOT IT GOING. THEY WERE ON TIME EVERY DAY THEY CAME AND THEY WERE JUST THE greatest AND VERY POLITE.
