They are punctual and professional. I receive a monthly call on my cell phone as a reminder when the technician will be at my home to spray.
They are reasonably priced and do a great job keeping the roaches and spiders at bay. I would highly recommend Bob's to anyone needing pest control. In addition to the rat bait station, they have controlled gophers in the past as well.
Bob's does not treat for termites.

They are fine, no problems. We don't have bugs in the house, which is a good thing. He does what we pay him for.
