Better Pool Service - Unlicensed Contractor

This is the third review, since there are so many problems. Malcolm continued to talk about issues with his uncle and how his uncle owed him money. He said the 3 of us could get together and talk about it, but I said, "This is none of my business, I am a customer, and I shouldn't be told about your issues with your uncle". Malcolm continues to say that I need to pay him for the next four months instead of his uncle to make sure that he is paid back. I could not believe what I was hearing, so I told his uncle, since his uncle did better work than him, and his uncle denied it. I was caught in the middle of this nightmare. Now, Malcolm will not pay me back the money for the service he did not provide on the motor. if this isn't bad enough, he says his uncle has been deported. Now, I have his uncle's son and his uncle trying to get the new job cleaning the pool. I am so upset, and it feels like it's been a year, yet it's Only been less than a month. I am so stressed out.
