appliance repair
+ -1 moreIt went bad. The service technician showed up when the company said he would, but the technician said he couldn't check out the refrigerator because he wouldn't move the refrigerator away from the wall. He said that he was afraid that he might damage the (garage) floor. He needed to do this in order to diagnose the problem. The technician was at our house a total of about two minutes. This is akin to a gardener not mowing your lawn because he can't touch the grass. We were not happy campers.
Description of Work: All Valley Applicance Repair was contacted to check out a refrigerator that was not working. Of four companies contacted, they were the only one able to provide same day service.
