Two Technicians arrived on time as scheduled. They went right to work and did a thorough inspection and tune up of both my furnace and air condition units. One gentleman went outside and started working on the AC unit and the second was inside servicing the furnace. I had an updated thermostat that I wanted installed and they did that for me for no extra charge. Unfortunately the thermostat did not work through not fault of the technicians. I tried to install the thermostat myself and got the same results. Both men represented the company well. The where professional and courteous. I would use this company again.
