It went well considering the old HVAC system had to be removed prior to installing the new system and two thirds of the equipment was located in the attic. The new ducting was quite a big job due to the long distance and number of obstacles in the attic. The entire project was completed in two 10-hour days plus a few hours the 3rd day for repairing and retexturing drywall and touch-up painting in a few spots. We were very pleased with their work and the job they did.

He is professional and made some recommendations to me on my unit. I would recommend him for other services outside of his work for the home warranty.  I would use him for any further work.

Most professional job that I had as a renter. Having a trained AC technician come out and check the whole system, give an evaluation and gave a fair price on a completely new system for my home. I have just hired him as my annual technician.

It was a late Friday evening and owner came over late (10pm) after working a full day that started for him at 7am. He got the job done in an hour and was hard working, very polite, professional and will be using him in the future for regular scheduled maintanance.

Arrived within 45 minutes of me contacting him as he was working in the area. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it and the a/c unit is working perfectly. I would use this company again. Very prompt and professional

Our AC stopped working on Sunday afternoon,we called a few companies but Ahoy was the only one that actually picked up. They came out and diagnosed a bad compressor, I wasn't surprised since the unit is pretty old and we had problems with it before. Zack gave us several options including installing a complete new system. He showed us the many benefits of a new modern system including the savings we get on a high efficient seer unit which also came with a $2500 instant cash rebate. It was a no brainer. Zack came out the next morning and installed the system very professionally, clean and organized. He filled out all the warranty, cash rebate and explained the new touch screen thermostat. He also included a free one year maintenance contract. It has been 6 weeks since the install and I can already see the savings on my electric bill compared to last year. You can tell he loves what he does and takes pride in his work. Excellent service.

Provided a written quote, confirmed the appointment time, called to confirm and then showed up on time and completed the job at budget. Very pleased with Zach and would absolutely recommend his services. I plan to use Ahoy for my annual AC check up and in Palm Springs - that is very important!!

I turned on my AC unit but it wasn't blowing cold air. Not good because it was trying to get to 100 degrees. I called up Ahoy Air Conditioning and the tech was able to come right out the next morning before I needed to leave for work. That was impressive because I've had to wait several days with past companies. The tech arrived on time and looking professional. He looked over my AC unit and found the problem in less than 10 minutes. He replaced the part (yes he actually had the replacement part in his van and didn't have to order it) and had my AC working in less than 30 minutes wow!! He also pointed out a small refrigeration leak in one of the valves. He explained the cost and I had him fix that issue also which would have been a problem at some point this summer. Excellent AC company everyone!!
