Saul has an uncanny ability to determine where the leak is coming from. He recommended 2 patches, one including replacing felt, rather than re-sealing the entire roof. There were several rainstorms following his repair and the repairs held. He also recommended an excellent drywall repair person after the leak was fixed. I have recommended him to others.

Very well. Saul emailed a professionally completed contract and after a few adjustments away we went. They started on time as agreed. Saul also helped us avoid a pure white roof by suggesting a shingle that qualified for title 24 rules but avoided the more expensive cool roof product. Price was very fair for this blue collar project.

I am very thrilled with 20/20 roofing. I called and left a message and my call was returned within an hour. Saul was able to come to my house in a matter of a few hours He is a No Nonsense person and spotted the problem and provided me with a price that was more than fair. He completed the repair in about 1/2 hour and was totally professional. Who could ask for more. I will use 20/20 roofing from now on for sure!

Saul came and estimated the job--even patched a few popped nail heads while he was here for free. He wasn't sure of the best way to proceed so he did some research and came back with a four-step process recommendation that seemed superior to what two other firms were proposing.  Saul subbed out the first three coats to other workers who did an ok job, although it wasn't as smooth a finish as we had thought it would be. Saul then did the final color top coats and installed metal flashing around the perimeter. All in all, happy with the project.

Called, answered at the first call. Listened to what the problem was, quickly quoted a fee, to which he stuck to. Came at appointment time, explained what he did and that he would come back in 2 days to make sure roof patch was adhering, gave it a second coat.

Went great - they got the county permits (for a place that's been patched together for years), and got it fixed properly. Worked with other contractors to get he AC done while the roofing was happening and now we are staying cool and not getting rained on!

He did the job fast, and did it good. The city re development agency hired him to do work on one of their roofs. He came quick and did a good fix job. He fixed a leak and explained what was wrong with it. He fixed it but then it started leaking 6 feet down from my roof and so I called him and he came and fixed it right away. We haven't had a leak since. His response time and his prices are excellent.
