The owner George Jessee performed some of the work himself and was the ultimate professional in the industry. You hope to get what you pay for with contractors and this was certainly the case for Jessee Fence. The crew went out of their way to make sure the fence was exactly what we wanted and offered suggestions along the way. They left the area cleaner than when they arrived. Thank you Jessee Fence!
Description of Work: This work was performed in San Diego County. Over the course of the last three years, the Company has completed three fencing projects. In October 2004, tear out and replacement of a 150 foot split rail fence, tear out and replacement of a 55 foot of 6' cedar fence with gate; in early May l 2006, tear out and replacement of a 140 foot of 6' cedar fence with gate, and in June 2006, tear out and replacement of 160 foot of 6' cedar fence. Each involved uneven grade and quite a bit of plant material of the neighbors that had to be removed. One portion of the fence required additional welding on the postmaster posts and the construction of a retaining structure for about 30 feet to maintain even fence height. Each project took two days as they had estimated. One day to prepare the ground, remove the debris and set the postmaster posts in concrete and another day to hand the crosspieces and the fence boards.
