 + -1 moreThey were quick to respond to my request for a bid on the projects, and the written estimates were detailed and matched what had been stated during our conversations. The insurance and license numbers were included, as well as three contact phone numbers. There were three occassions when the work was halted due to issues with their equipment (engine repairs needed, new tires on a trailer, etc.). Those caused some issues; I kept my dogs inside while I was at work (closed the dog door) not knowing that the crew would not be arriving. Communications improved after the first delay. I would recommend getting updates on the work to be done and when, and clarify/remind the crew of what other plants are to be kept or removed. They are professional people, and they cleaned the yards of almost everything!
Description of Work: The company provided quality-based estimates for two large jobs at my home. Both were necessary since the mature trees had not been well cared for by the previous owners. A dozen large trees had to be removed for a variety of reasons (too close to the home, dying/dead, posed a danger, etc.) and that work was done well and to very professional standards. Other trees (six) had to be trimmed and pruned. This work took longer than had been promised due to equiment problems and lack of manpower (the only real negative) and a large shrub was incorrectly removed (it had been made clear that it was to remain). The company owner has promised to replace it. I would recommend this company and offer the work done as an example of their abilities and fair pricing.
