I dislike the fact that their equipment is old and lot of it doesn't work adequately. The good thing about them is they hardly have very many people who go in there, so I don't have to wait for the machines; but the reason like a lot of people don't go there is because it is kind of like an older run down. When I plug in the earphones, a lot of times, the connections aren't good or they are staticy. Some of the machines don't really work out that well. The staff is already aware of it, and there is no point notifying them.
