I set up an appointment to meet me at my vacation home in another town. He never showed up. I called, he apologized. I called him back when I had another day off. He came and fixed the problem (at no cost) because of the missed first appointment. He was very prompt at that time, courteous and professional.

THIS IS A SMALL COMPANY THAT REALLY CARES. THE WORK WAS DONE AND COMPLETED WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. THE STAFF WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND PROMPT. THE REWIRING WAS A DIFFICULT TASK BUT WAS DONE WITH EASE.
