THE OLDER LADY WHO OWNS THE SHOP IS A VERY NICE LADY AND IS VERY HELPFUL. SHE KNEW THE TYPE OF KEYS THAT SHE NEEDS TO MAKE A COPY OF. SHE KNEW INSTANTLY IF SHE HAS THE KEY IN STOCK OR IF IT NEEDS TO BE ORDERED. IT IS JUST A VERY FRIENDLY NEIGHBORHOOD STORE.
