It was easy to schedule an appointment with Idyllwild Technologies for the installation. They were very punctual, showed up on time, and worked very quickly. They were also very good with answering all my questions. There was one problem, the TV turns its self on! I have not had any luck with the manufacture for a replacement or refund. This is not the fault of Idyllwild Technologies.
