I hate them. I can't stand the fact the whole bundling thing and you sign this contract and then they jump their rates really high and then you are going to continue with that or do something else. The internet service it provides you when you are paying for whatever speed you are wanting and you don't get that speed and it's just an issue with them and whenever you call them. They've messed up my bill a bunch of times and it's just one of those nightmare scenarios where you have to spend most of the time on the phone have to keep speaking all the time on the phone trying to get that situation straight. When I first got my service I spent a couple of weeks constantly having to, the service I was called wasn't available and then they jerk up the price and then I had to speak to the supervisor and it was just ridiculous. It's just one of those things where your time isn't valuable to them. They put you on hold forever and you are constantly calling back. I've used providers before for the same type of issues, they don't give a damn about the customer. They don't care if they lose you as a customer which is amazing to me.

Their cable wire got knock down by a truck because they didn't put the cable wire up high enough, and instead they looped it around these other wires, and then took hours to come fix the problem. The police had to redirect traffic for a while. The downspout on the house got tangled up in it and the landlord had to fix it.

reception on service was horrid, when called to get it fixed they delayed for about a week, when they finally showed up the service guy was uninformed on how to fix problems. after another week another guy came and changed the boxes, which didn't help. finally i canceled the service. was very disappointing

I didn't like Comcast. I did not like their installers, I thought that their service was expensive. The most recent installer that we had was very unprofessional actually I believe he stole stuff from me. It was just not a good experience but because of the Olympics we wanted to have them for better viewing so by just default we had to go with Comcast.

They really take care of me and I like them because they are convenient. Where we used to live we had a problem somewhere on our line that was making our picture pixel. Comcast said it was their problem because they could not figure out where it was at so they had a guy sitting out in my driveway on Thanksgiving. He was in his own truck with a TV monitor hooked up to the pole. The guy sat out there all Thanksgiving.
