On the whole, the company has a good price, but poor quality work. If we had to do it over again, we would use another company. This was a three week job that ended up taking about three months. Some of the delays were not the Mr. Simon's fault as he was dealing with some unfortunate family emergencies during the time. However, the quality of the work was not good. Some of the cabinets were mismeasured badly and had to be adjusted to fit into the space. The quality of the finishing is poor, and several visitors have commented on this. One of the doors is already cracking. Several handles were placed in incorrect locations and had to be moved and now we have putty filled holes in the middle of our new cabitines. It is disappointing to pay to have new cabinets installed and not be happy with the outcome. The last time Mr. Simon was here, he said that he was going to order some new doors and correct the finishing later. We have paid 90% of the total amount, and Mr. Simon never came back or responded to our calls. In the end, that is probably best outcome as he is unlikely to be able to correct the finishing.
