I first met with Joe to take a look at the sample templates. Then we discussed how I wanted my products to be presented. After about 5 days, he came back with a sample website for us to discuss. We made a few changes and then 2 days later, it was ready. Since going "live" I have had a few questions and Joe is always there to answer them.
Description of Work: Webfacility helped me start my online business - they created my website, set up my catalog of products, and activated my merchant link. I was able to select from many templates for the look of the website. The process was interactive - they allowed for my feedback through the design process so that we ended up with a product I feel serves my business well.
