+ -1 moreHE BASICALLY COST/LOST OUR ADDITION. HE WAS SO SLOW DOING OUR PLANS. HE TOLD US HE WOULD HAVE THEM DONE IN ONE MONTH. ONE MONTH TURNED INTO NINE MONTHS. THE PLANS STILL DID NOT PASS CODE.
Description of Work: HE MADE PLANS FOR AN ADDITION WE WERE GOING TO HAVE. HE IS THE PERSON WHO MAKES THE BLUE PRINTS FOR THE CITY TO APPROVE.
