Victor's team consists of skilled professionals that deliver a final product that is pure artistry. Everyone showed up on time and worked diligently each day. Victor provides a hand's on approach and would visit the work-site at least each morning and at the end of each day. This gave us ample opportunity to discuss the progress and make changes or adjustments as needed. The Team consists of artisans that have been with Victor 15 - 20 years. That says a lot about Victor's management skills and the individual skill level of his employees. There are always unforeseen events and challenges when you pull off the siding of a 1960's home. Victor rolls with the events and works to achieve the optimum outcome. I trust Victor, Scott, Morgan and Jose - they will give you nothing short of perfection. I will gladly hire V.O. Larey for any future work on our home.
