She did a fantastic job.

Each of the four items were done in a timely fashion and they were done in the manner I expected. I plan to recover my L-shaped sofa in the future and I will definitely use The Upholstery Place in HB.

It had two recliner-style footrests which I wanted removed and required three completely new cushions. The job took longer than a straight re-cover would have but was wonderful when completed. |Veronica was fair and straightforward with me at all times. She even sent me pictures of the job in progress so I could see how my fabric looked. She was wonderful to work with, especially since I was handling long distance and had to correlate between Veronica and my daughter to get the job done.

We called her and explained what we needed and she told us to bring in the furniture and fabric. When we arrived at the store, she walked us through exactly what would be done. A few days later she called to say that one of the springs in the chair was broken and would need to be fixed. A few days after that she called and said the furniture and pillows were ready for pick-up.

Met with Veronica Petrossian, owner, to discuss recover 4 dining room chairs with new fabric.

Veronica quote a price per chair, scheduled the pick up.
Picked up the chairs ON TIME as promised. Later in the day Veronica called us with a deliver date and time for returning the chairs. Again she was on time.

We are very pleased with her attention to detail. Each chair seat pattern matches. She also returned the extra frabric and we are going to ask her to make some matching place mats for the table.

Would highly recommend this business if you need this type of work

I had a couple places on a leather sofa where the stitching had come loose. I called around to find someone to come out for a hand repair. The damage wasn't enough to warrant the expense of a complete machine restitch. Anyway, the Uplholstery Place sent out a careful, professional seamstress to complete the repair. They came on the same day and did a great job.
