Stripping of old roof was fast. Crew did a fair job cleaning up but I did find a lot of nails and staples the next few days following the job. Undercover was supposed to replace rotten wood and charge for wood & replacement. When job was finished and paid for I found a rotten board that had been removed to put on new roof then put back on house. I called owner to request replacement as agreed. He acknowledged the board should have been brought to his attention when removed by crew but said technically it was considered siding and not the roof. He indicated he would take care of it but never did. I did not chase him further...Lesson learned.... I do not recommend this company.

His name is Tom Sawyer. He has a whole crew. He has excellent painters, tilers, electricians, and plumbers. I have recommended them to several people. He started out as a roofer. Everybody was excellent and thorough. They tidied up at the end of the day, on time, and we didn't have any of the horror stories that other people have had. He has a good working relationship with the people in the city. He does good work so there weren't any problems that had to be resolved. The price seemed fair.

I had a great experience with UnderCover Home Improvements. Everything went fine. They were good about cleaning up everyday after they finished the work. They went beyond what I thought had to be fixed, so they did a great job. The staff is very nice to work with and easy to talk to.

They were a great company to have around. I have an old Spanish house and they are really in tune to houses like mine. Their work was excellent and I can finally enjoy my atrium. Their servicemen were very professional too. I would recommend them to anyone around.

I have a favorable response to the overall experience and would recomend them for at least one of your estimates. They penciled me in their schedule (july 3rd) short notice because of my day off, for holiday. Next to best price out of 6 others. Five year warranty on work.

IT RAINED UNEXPECTEDLY WHILE THE ROOF WAS BEING PUT ON, AND THE CONTRACTOR TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM. WHEN THERE WAS A MINOR LEAK, HE ALSO TOOK CARE OF THIS PROBLEM QUICKLY.

WE'VE HAD A GREAT ROOF PUT ONTO OUR HOUSE, AND HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH IT DURING THE DIFFICULT RAINS RECENTLY. THEIR PRICE WAS GOOD, AND THEY DID IT QUICKLY.
