Generally well. There were a couple of mishaps that were corrected without hesitation.

Tom and his plumber arrived on time. Tom started in the kitchen and his plumber in the bathroom. I asked for new supply lines in the kitchen to go with the new faucet. Tom had the supply lines on his truck. He checked the hot/cold water shut offs, they did not need to be replaced. He took the time to clean away the old caulk before putting on the new faucet. Looks great.
The bathroom faucet was only dribbling hot water, the cold worked fine when I called to have the new faucet installed. They tested the supply lines and determined it was just a problem with the faucet. So the supply lines and shut off valves did not need to be replaced. However, to my surprise (and his) the bathroom sink was not anchored into place, so when he went to take the old faucet and stopper off , the sink slipped on him. No worries, they removed the sink cleaned it up, put on the new faucet, cleaned up the old grout and put the sink in place with new caulk. Looks great and we have good hot water flow.
Finally, the hot water pipes are on the outside of the house and needed insulation. They did a nice job cutting the corners of the insulation to fit the angle of the pipes.

Called Tom to discuss a leaking water heater. I knew we needed a new one. Our old one (Rheem) was 22 years old. He gave the quote of $1100 over the phone and as luck would have it sold the Rheem product. He arrived within an hour and began the process of draining the old one. His associate arrived a few minutes later with the new water heater. They changed out the supply lines and shut off valve and insulated those with foam core. Took away the old water heater. Excellent detailed job without additional charges from the original quote. Very nice and even answered a few other non-related plumbing questions for me while he was here. I will definitely use again.

Last week when I went to bed I heard water running outside my bedroom.
Thinking that the hose had been left on,I got up and went outside only find the water was off. I decided that I would check into it in the next day and went to bed.

I got up the next morning and started to get ready for the day and when I put my feet on the carpet I felt a squish and water all over my carpet.

I needed to get this taken care of quickly and not knowing any plumber, decided to check your recommendations for someone in my area. I called Tom Brennans Plumbing, explained the situation,told him I needed someone out that day.
He told me that he would have someone from his company out within an hour to check the problem and give me a quote and if the quote was acceptable they could get started on the fix that day.

One of his staff arrived at my house within 45 minutes of the call and looked at the situation,got the water turned off and told what needed to be done to fix the problem. He told me that there was a pipe that runs under the slab had broken inside the slab coming from my hotwater heater.

Within 1 1/2 hours a crew was at my house laying down paper and tape so they wouldn't get my floors dirty.
They ran new pipes in side the walls and ceiling since my house is on a slab.

They were professional,polite,answered all of my questions I had and stayed until the job was done.
I could not believe that the only thing I needed to do after they were done was paint the small portion of plaster on the wall where theyhad away to do the repairs.

I will definitely call Tom Brennan Plumbing when I need a Plumber in the future and will recommend them to anyone.
