The Trounce Group

Called the Kitchen Builders and left two voicemails, emailed them twice sending plans and another message from another account asking them to check their spam if they hadn't received my plans. Sent another followup several days later asking for a response. Two weeks have gone by, no response to my voicemails, emails or messages through their website. F.

Terrible!! From start to finish, Tyler and Ryan were always "in a meeting" . the workers they employed complained that they havent gotten paid in months, and are owed a lot of money. The owner Tyler is a bold face liar. I would stay away from you. the workers who did the install, filed a lien to collect their money!!!

The project manager was excellent, Chris disappeared because he's no longer with the company. The new project manager doesn't know what she is doing. I am waiting for material to come in. As soon as it is completed to my satisfaction, and the bills are paid. I'm going straight to IKEA because they must not know what is going on. It took a week to get a response on what I should order and how much to get. It has taken six weeks to work with them. I am happy with my purchase from IKEA. It was a total kitchen remodeling. I had to buy the back splash. I trusted IKEA's judgement to use them. The quality is good. The guys who did the floor were outstanding. When they say they are going to be here, they are here. They got the job done on time. The workers were wonderful. They treated my son and I with respect. The communication has been bad. I would not use them again.

The Trounce Group was recommended by IKEA.  Chris Cast was the Project Manager and was excellent in describing the process and timeline.  He also assisted with the coordination of city inspectors.  The project was completed as planned and Chris was always available to assist and coordinate schedule or other vendor changes.  The quality of work was excellent.
