The Trading Post Fan Co

They've been very good and they're very expert at what they do.  They know exactly what to do to fix them. They're priced appropriately.

After removing the fans form the factory packing I found scratches on the motor hoods. The Trading Post Personnel want out of their way to replace the fans and have been a pleasure to deal with throughout the process.These fans are not inexpensive, but they seem to be very well made and except for the above cosmetic issues, I'm happy with the fans and Trading Post Fan Company.

Subsequent to the above purchase, I purchased on more Casablanca Stealth Fan for another room.

They are really good. They sell and service household overhead fans. They were on time. They called ahead to make sure that they had the right address. I had made an appointment with them and they arrived within the hour of when they said they would come. They said they would be here between 11 and 12 and they came just before 12. I think the same person had come before to service one of my other fans about 5 years ago. He said that he remembered working on that fan before. I didn’t remember him, but he said he did. He was very knowledgeable and it just took him about 30 minutes to do the work. He had all the equipment and everything he needed. They had told me ahead of time what the prices would be. They quoted the labor cost over the phone and if there were any parts, they would tell me what the prices for that would be. I was without surprises. He was very efficient and did the job. I always call them when I have any problems with my fans. I’ve had fans in my house for almost 20 years and a couple of them had to be worked on. It’s a good company. I’ve bought my fans from them too. Their price is fair. I would use them again in the future.

IT TOOK A FEW DAYS TO GET THIS COMPANY TO COME OUT AND LOOK AT THE FAN. HOWEVER, ONCE THEY ARRIVED HE FIXED MY BROKEN FAN AND EVEN PUT A NEW PULL CORD ON ANOTHER FAN IN MY HOUSE.

THEY HAVE A HUGE SELECTION OF FANS AND YOU CAN MIX AND MATCH COLORS OF BLADES, THE FINISHES ON THE METAL, AND THE LIGHT FIXTURES. THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE DIFFERENT FANS.
