Great service overall - dryer repair and cleaning. Trevor was prompt, courteous, informative, and communicated well. I appreciate he also took the time to show me how I can do a more thorough cleaning for dryer maintenance to aid dryer performance and help extend the life of my dryer. Professional, showed up on time, introduced himself, and explained everything he was doing and why. He went above the repair and made sure other parts of the system were setup properly so they would not create additional problems. I will definitely call him again if needed.

Trevor was punctual and professional. He took the extra step in educating me on how diagnostics work, and what he did to fix the problem I was having. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Even after he fixed the problem, Trevor took a few more minutes to fix a wobbly leg on the washer for me. Highly recommend him. :)
