It went very well. Trevor diagnosed the problem, let me know my options and costs. He then let me know how long it would take to complete the job. When he finished I told about a problem with another appliance. He looked at it, said there was a part that needed replacing. He had the part on his truck and did the job right then. Trevor is prompt, fast, courteous, and knowledgeable. I recommend his services.

"There are two (2) reasons why our company did not contact this Angie's List member. First and foremost our company does not provide "Appliance Refinishing" services. We have never provided "Appliance Refinishing" and it is not listed as a service we provide. Secondly, we don't service the Phoenix area any longer. We stopped servicing the Phoenix area on August 1st; however, Angie's List was not able to switch the service area on our company profile back to California until August 27th, which is our company's monthly contract anniversary date. I would appreciate it if this member would remove this review so that it doesn't negatively affect my business."

Dryer not heating up. Trevor did a great job and repairing our dryer. It’s an LG dryer and he had to go to the parts store and get new parts for it. He disassembled and assembled it back again. So far everything is working great.

Trever was very prompt in calling me for a quote and has a professional demeanor. He came early but had notified me he was coming earlier than stated. He pulled out the frig. and unplugged and replugged it in to reset it. He also reinstalled my water filter. After that the water dispenser was working fine and wasn’t making the noises of trapped air. He was reasonable and only charged me a diagnostic fee plus the price of the new water filter.
