Needed ice maker connected to ref/freezer... complicated job that Trever at Tech Cert handled intelligently and patiently despite the obstacles. Very professional and efficient... definitely worth the investment on my part and can only offer my highest recommendation.

It went very well. Trevor diagnosed the problem, let me know my options and costs. He then let me know how long it would take to complete the job. When he finished I told about a problem with another appliance. He looked at it, said there was a part that needed replacing. He had the part on his truck and did the job right then. Trevor is prompt, fast, courteous, and knowledgeable. I recommend his services.

Dryer not heating up. Trevor did a great job and repairing our dryer. It’s an LG dryer and he had to go to the parts store and get new parts for it. He disassembled and assembled it back again. So far everything is working great.

Trever was very prompt in calling me for a quote and has a professional demeanor. He came early but had notified me he was coming earlier than stated. He pulled out the frig. and unplugged and replugged it in to reset it. He also reinstalled my water filter. After that the water dispenser was working fine and wasn’t making the noises of trapped air. He was reasonable and only charged me a diagnostic fee plus the price of the new water filter.
