TREVER arrived promptly and ready to resolve our oven problem. He was courteous, professional, and generous with time and information. He was deliberate to troubleshoot potential issues, including completely taking oven out of wall during two visits (charged only for one) to confirm his initial diagnosis. He concluded the malfunction was an electrical issue - not an appliance issue - and recommended we first get an electrician to check the circuitry. He was right! The problem was circuit miswiring! Thus, Trever saved us a lot of money and time ordering needless parts. Trevor will be our extended family appliance go-to person for his Saab’s, honesty, and follow through. Highly recommend. We had been waiting for over 6 weeks for our dishwasher to be repaired by our extended warranty company. Their latest excuse was that they were waiting for a part. We got tired of their inaction and lies, so we hired Trever. He came out right away, fixed our machine with parts he had on his truck; all for an incredibly reasonable price too. Needless to say he will be our go to person for all of our future appliance repair needs.
