Stereo and Home Theater System Service
They equipment that they have installed is not working. They sent a tech three or four times to fix the problem. They sold me a control that was $400, which they said would fix the problem. The controller stopped working. I have to use the regular controllers to get it to work. I actually have to use four remotes to make everything work. They have stopped answering and returning my phone calls. I spent $8000 and they have done nothing to fix the problem.
