Great job! He cleaned all the carpet in my home and my carpet looks brand new. The price was very reasonable. $300 for about 1800 sq ft of carpet which includes stairs. I try to get him in every 10 months or so since we have a dog and 2 kids. He always offers tips and advice too to help take care of the carpet between visits. I'd like to keep my carpet for at least 10 more years and with regular cleaning I think I'll be able to.

The owner was right on time, parked the truck on the street, and put on booties. We had cleared the diveway, but he didn't want to get our driveway dirty. He also gave us booties to wear for the clean carpet. He moved some of the furniture, i.e. couches, etc. then sprayed the stain remover on all areas working from the back of the house to the front. Then he used his cleaning machine and cleaned three bedrooms, an office, and a living room. Subsequently he sprayed stain repellent. He offered to take out the chair mat in the office, which was not necessary, and we declined. All the furniture was placed on little papers to prevent damage to the wood. We ask a lot of questions and received good answers. This time the carpet was not as wet as during the previous cleaning, as we also had less dirt to be removed.

They work hard to get animal urine stains out and they do a good job of it.

They were prompt and pleasant, but I have never had a worse job of carpet cleaning done. They poured the odor remover from a ten gallon bucket onto some of the areas of the carpet, then cleaned the entire carpet. However, their vacuum in the truck kept quitting on them. They finally just left with the carpet still soaking wet--we could hear it squish when we walked on it. We dried it the best we could with our home carpet cleaner and fans. A couple of days later, we called them back because, once dry, it began to smell again of dog urine and now of mildew. They returned and sprayed something on the carpet and went over it quickly with the vacuum (They spent maybe 15 minutes on it) then left, saying how much better it smelled. It did smell OK for about a day. The next day, it began to smell again. I went to a janitor supply shop and rented a heavy duty carpet cleaner and bought the product they recommended (Cost me about $75). I spent the weekend reshampooing and rinsing and drying the entire carpet. I was able to get the dog urine smell out, but the carpet still smells strongly of mildew. I did not pursue it further with them because I just don't want to have anything more to do with them. The carpet was bad before I called them, but it is worse now. I think if the workman had gone and got another truck to dry the carpet with, at least it wouldn't have mildewed. If they were not going to be able to get the urine smell out, I wish they had said so and let me call someone who knew what they were doing.

I THINK THEY ARE GREAT. BECAUSE THEY GOT ALL MY SPOTS OUT AND THEY DIDN'T COME BACK. THE FEEL OF THE CARPET AFTERWARDS IS SOFTER THAN I HAVE HAD DONE BEFORE.
